What podcasts do you listen to?

#1

Post by Stretchycheese »

I was just wondering what podcasts everyone here listens to. Here are mine:

Reasonable Doubts (This is probably one of my favourites. They should dump their FTB host and find another though, as it doesn't do them any favours reputation-wise)

Rationally Speaking

Apartment J

God Discussions (occasionally)

Reap Radio (occasionally)

CBC Radio 1 (not exactly a podcast, but they often have interesting guests and interviews)

I've heard about SGU, but I won't listen to them as long as Watson is there. Any others out there that are good?

None. I hate 'em. I miss real radio; radio that doesn't replay the same pre-programmed pattern of music over and over and over and over again, and that has actual live real human beings presenting interesting AND NEW AND OBSCURE stuff to listen to.

Here's a really great podcast I found recently:

The Gender Bias, hosted by Zoe and John
http://thegenderbias.com/

They focus primarily on debunking and ridicule of SJW absurdities like Atheism+ and so on. They're quite funny! Great accents too!!

I like this comment from Zoe, in response to an Atheism+ post that tries to impugn their critics with racism when they use the term "Social justice warrior": :D

"A thing probably we'd like to clear up for these people. When we call you a Social Justice Warrior, what we're doing is implying that you're being a dick! We are not implying that you are a Zulu warrior. You're welcome for the clarification."

Aside from listening to a few shows here or there that are linked to & recommended, I don't listen to any on a regular basis as most of them are crap.
