d4m10n Not Shaming Man-Boob-Shaming is Shameful
Several 'Pitters have shamed Clarence for having man-boobs, but d4m10n has yet to start a new topic here, or write an holier-than-thou post about it over at SKINK. Why not? Apparently d4m10n thinks not shaming shamers who shame Clarence and his he-boobies is not shame-worthy. I'd be interested in hearing whether the other slimepitters approve, and shame on you if you do!

Wait, didn't Clarence tell Jack once that he didn't mind?
Does that change the shamefulhood index?

Intent isn't magic. Or something. That's still relevant, isn't it?
I think the problem may be that people still subscribe to a more Victorian idea of womanhood, where virtue must be protected at all costs, even when it is unreasonable or inappropriate or worse, off topic. That's why a man being told he has shameful jiggly boobies doesn't rate a mention - men don't have to have their virtue protected. So in a way I suppose it's a demonstration of why we do need feminism... although absolutely not in the way that the defenders of virtue insist.
