NB: I've suggested that moslems in western societies, who cannot accept that free speech means others can & will draw pictures of their prophet or otherwise 'blaspheme' * their religion, should move to an islamist theocracy. But closing the borders to further Muslim immigration might be a reasonable start, particularly for those who identify as fundamentalist – and they could easily be identified as any who won’t (for example) piss on the Quran. And you might consider that we – i.e., many countries – already have a “means test” for those wishing to immigrate; seems rather clear, with a stark object lesson staring us in the face, that fundamentalist Muslims simply lack the means or willingness to function in Western democracies.

Fuck ’em; fuck ’em all. Gazillions of people who would give their eye-teeth to immigrate here – and we’re going to allow in fundamentalists who are, virtually, congenitally unable to integrate with the rest of us?

And I rather doubt “forcible expulsion”, or a reasonable facsimile thereof, is or really should be off the table. For instance you might note the Wikipedia article on population transfers, particularly the one that took place between Greece and Turkey in 1923. Offering free passage to the Islamic country of their choice – as seems to have been the case then – might be a reasonable carrot; with a possible “stick” being the banning of their religion. Most of my friends and family are appalled by the attacks in France, and are very #jesuisCharlie atm. But there are sadly a couple of extended family members that I'm going to have to sideeye for the rest of my life now. Firsttimereader and kolnnauzer are flailing and reaching, not thinking. As evidenced by the difficulty they have in avoiding hypocrisy and self-contradiction.

She wrote this after the pin was pulled, btw. Thus the 'not thinking' bit she put in there is most welcome.
