Jesus Christ Dog. There really aren't that many gays in the world. It sounds like you have met most of them. You need to write a book.

You need to get the fuck out of NYC. Fucking weird kinky bullshit heaven.

but... you must love it... or you would leave... or you would hang out with different people. I suspect you find us non-faggots to be boring or something...haha. You just need to move to the Midwest... except I don't know what kind of work you can get. Hell, I still know a few people who think fags should get beat up.

And... Indeed, many of us are really boring. I got excited today because I got some new miniatures from the UK. They will add to my Chinese gang for playing "Dracula's America". I even bought a few goats and a mule to use as scenery. ( I like those goats with the dark faces... I think that is how I will paint them... even though it is historically inaccurate... so sue me.)

So yeah. I paint little toy soldiers to play games with my friends... and I masturbate once in a while to porn... and I go birding. As strange as this is... I suspect it is really kind of normal. Haha. Except for my daughter, I don't usually hang out with homosexuals. (Well... she is bi... which really means she will fuck anything).

Heh. I'll take that as a backhanded compliment? However, it would appear that somehow (accidentally) I'm also quite trendy! The olive-drab duster/greatcoat at 04:09 is identical to one I've been wearing for years! It's an old service issue number, very tatty and worn but is almost perma-proofed (water instantly beads and rolls right off it) and incredibly warm and comfortable. My ex GF loved it as I could lift an arm and "envelop" her within the thing.

Having said that, as I've already mentioned here in the 'pit, I bastard hate (HATE) the accursed Jamiriquai (sp?) with a passion! His "music" hammers my "fight" button and makes me want to launch furniture, beer bottles and small people at the walls. I watched your video with the sound down but still almost put my boot through the screen just thinking about his hellish screeching/tootling. I think the MOD may have done something to me but erased my memory because I genuinely get very, very, very angry when I hear the twat-in-a-hat sing.

Time for some Placebo to calm my nerves...

Maybe Service Dog is like the Moses of the Gay? He leads everybody he meets to the Gay, but doesn't cross into the promised land himself.

If you every need a replacement - and are not of a mind to haunt army surplus stores - I would recommend Driza-Bone

You are not alone. That song is so self-consciously "smooth" it either bores me to tears or induces intense irritation, depending on level of tiredness. Jay Kay exudes wannabe minor league council estate criminal vibes. He cited a petty criminal past as evidence that he'd "paid his dues". Paying your dues is grafting your ass off without resorting to crime, scumbag!

Highly recommend listening to this Aussie immunologist explaining waning vaccine effectiveness. I'll need to listen again because I'm still a little fuzzy, but the gist is that the normal immune response to corona viruses has two components and one of them dampens systemic immune reactions. The booster strategy results in too much of the dampening effect. This guy is legit.

Youall crack me up.

My wife would kill me if I wore that t-shirt.... but it does sound like it would be a lot of fun otherwise.

I have two nephews who are gay (my brothers wife's kids). We don't talk much because I told them I voted for Trump. We used to get along really well because I have always supported gay marriage. Now that we have gay marriage they want more from me... and I have nothing to give. Fuck off with your over-priced clothes.... and then there are the stories about people who will not rent an apartment to gays. I say... prove it. Most landlords prefer to rent to gays. Gays like things to look good and they don't have kids. In my view there needs to be more legal help for parents who can't find an apartment. Gays get all the best places and parents are often excluded. Obviously... my current conversations with "the gays" does not go very well.

My daughter is sort of homo... but she says she is "non-binary" whatever that means. I think being a homo is included in the title of non-binary. You know... it is like "all squares are rectangles... but not all rectangles are squares"... so "all non-binary's are homos... but not all homos are non-binary". I guess this is right.

I really didn't think that me saying "I don't usually hang out with homosexuals" was that funny. It must be my autism. Something to do with "hanging" and such. Haha. No wonder I piss some people off so much.

Watching a nice light snow falling in Michigan. Rocket J. Squirrel has mastered dropping from my tree to my feeder. So far he is the only squirrel that can manage it. I cut some tree branches this weekend so now he drops from a branch even higher in the tree. It is an eight foot drop to the feeder. I was going to cut more branches but he is so entertaining I think I will just let him eat and fill my feeder more often. I think he must be saying "Fuuuuck!" in squirrel language every time he takes the leap. God... I really am boring.

Carhartt, one of the top brands of work clothes in the US, is standing by its employee jab mandate. CEO's memo just hit the news. Twitter deactivated #BoycottCarhartt, which was trending nr1. FB won't allow posts of the memo. Carhartt has turned off comments on its FB posts after each got 5-10K comments. You can guess what they had to say.

This is possibly even a dumber how-to-piss-off-your-target-audience move than Gillette's anti-male ad campaign. Everyone I know, myself included, wear and love Carhartt. No more. Fuck, I know people who will burn their Carhartt clothes now.

That's the part which sticks most in my craw. Big Tech meddling in genuine peer-to-peer grassroots communication.

--

For me, at work, that little square Carhartt logo is the badge which identifies my status... a lower-status guy... such as a day-laborer from Ecuador... wears similar hi-viz, hoodie, boots. But he's wearing the low-end budget version. Or a black hoodlum will wear 'urban' branded versions. The Carhartt logo sorts-me with the Independent Contractors who own their own business & can't be ordered-around. Or the guys with a Union behind them. And Carhartt's cachet as a 'premium' (and hipster) brand makes it acceptable to mingle with the models & fancy people... I can cross-over to 'front of house' & stand-around with a drink in my hand.

I don't think I'll cut the logos off... but I'll either cover-them with a square of black gaffe tape... or a bright X of yellow or pink neon gaffe.

And they won't get my money again.

--

I saw one Trump supporter post a pic of all the logos he cut-off. He called them his collection of severed "ears". Nice. Some are mailing their logos to Carhartt. I think it might be more effective to send them to other vax-mandate companies... like American Airlines... with a "You're next" letter.

--

The mention of the union in the letter-- catches my eye. Fang is in the doorman union now & members are mad that their union didn't fight to protect them from city vax mandate... they're talking-about suing their own union.

I watched the 2021 reboot of Suicide Squad last night. It's pretty-good. It's genuinely funny. Reminded me of Tropic Thunder. Instead of knocking-off James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy (as woefully failed in the 2016 Suicide Squad) this-time they just hired James Gunn to make this one. I suppose there's a backstory about the politics of Marvel temporarily cancelling Gunn... and Gunn reacting-to Marvel's disloyalty by switching-teams to D.C. (...before returning to Marvel.) But I'm just guessing.

Maybe Russia has a justified complaint or two?
The Kremlin has said it sees Nato as a security threat, and is demanding legal guarantees that the alliance will not expand further east, including into neighbouring Ukraine. But the US has said the issue at stake is Russian aggression, not Nato expansion.

Nato's secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg has rejected Russia's demand for a veto, saying the alliance stands "for the right of each nation to choose its own alliances".
Cuban missile crisis preciptated because US & JFK objected to Russia responding tit-for-tat:
The Cuban Missile Crisis, also known as the October Crisis of 1962 (Spanish: Crisis de Octubre), the Caribbean Crisis (Russian: Карибский кризис, tr. Karibsky krizis, IPA: [kɐˈrʲipskʲɪj ˈkrʲizʲɪs]), or the Missile Scare, was a 1-month, 4 day (16 October – 20 November 1962) confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union which escalated into an international crisis when American deployments of missiles in Italy and Turkey were matched by Soviet deployments of similar ballistic missiles in Cuba.

A book I read a while back ( I think The Great Delusion: Liberal Dreams and International Realities) made the case that the problem with Liberal Democracies is that they start to believe their own bullshit about their noble purpose. This provides a continual justification for war, since we can continually paint the enemy of the month as "the new Hitler". Hence we are quite warlike. It also means that we frequently mess up the realpolitik of balancing powers and so on by acting like pacifist when we should be rattling sabres and antagonizing powers we should be forming alliances with.

Who knows? Maybe that's the plan. Could be Biden just wants to look seeerious without actually doing anything. The bottom line here is that entrenched US power has been meddling in Ukraine for years. The US practically governed the place before Trump. There is a definite long term agenda there and it could be as simple as Ukraines natural gas reserves as a means to break Yerp's dependence on Russia.

Tensions over Ukraine were a big issue before Trump, Trump set off a tripwire when he poked his nose in and everyone scrambled to neutralise him and now the original agenda is back on course. That's my impression.

"The State Department told private American citizens still in Ukraine to find their own way out because 'the US government will not be in a position to evacuate U.S. citizens' should Russia invade"
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... raine.html

---

and, 'We don't know how many American citizens are in Ukraine.'

---

Both of the above statements are actually reasonable. But they resonate so-poorly after Afghanistan.

A few nights-ago, Tucker Carlson questioned whether the US should be entangling ourselves in this Russia Ukraine dispute.

And, the following night, Tucker showed Twitter reactions to his dissent-- from "establishment" figures... whether Biden supporters or Dubya-era neocons. Their reaction was beyond-parody. They literally called him "racist" ...the kneejerk reaction to every deviation from the hivemind. And they accused him of Russian Collusion... because those same-old kneejerk responses-- are all they've got in their arsenal.

--

Today I was listening to the Reason magazine Roundtable podcast, which is now my weekly-dose of What Are The Compliant NPC's Thinking?. I literally listen-to the podcast to hear exactly-how they'll betray their libertarian philosophy... in-order to remain socially-acceptable to their fellow barnacles in Journalism and their fellow inside-the-beltway hacks (the progressive ones).

...and the Professional Libertarians are just-as-guilty as Kamala Harris or The View... of only-being-able-to strawman their 'red state' or Trump-diehard opponents.

---

Right now-- I can't forsee how the midwit NPC hivemind will react... when their cries of "You're Racist!" fail to make a dent in 2022 dissent... about the Economy & Crime & Ukraine & Covid. I think they'll thrash & scream & ESCALATE their blame-game & targeted harassment of dissenters...

What are they gonna do? Freeze our bank accounts? Turn-off the Internet? strange times

Maybe they should also burn any Harry Potter books they have laying around ...

Never seen such a lot of people so quick to cut off their noses to spite their faces. Principles - "Cheese-eating surrender monkeys!", amirite?

Recent article on CBC about the exasperation that many of the vaccinated are feeling about the unvaxxed:
Vaccinated majorities in wealthy western countries are growing increasingly impatient with a science-denying minority being blamed for prolonging the pandemic and stretching critical care resources to the breaking point.

Governments are responding to that anger by turning up the heat on the unvaccinated with policies intended to inconvenience them, curtail their social lives, drive them out of the public square, make them pay or even criminalize them — measures Ravitsky said are "politically meant to appease the vaccinated majority."

Quebec plans to impose a financial penalty on unvaccinated people who don't have medical exemptions.
https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/pandem ... -1.6319844

No doubt whatsoever in my mind, or very little, that many of the policies of the "powers that be" are overly draconian or not particularly effective. But when - or at least if - the behaviour of the unvaxed leads to the deaths of thousands because of overloading the medical system then one might have some cause to justify those "financial penalities":
Research by the think tank Second Street shows that nearly 12,000 Canadians died while on various medical waiting lists during the period 2020-21. In Ontario, nearly four times as many people died while waiting for CT or MRI scans in 2020-21 than did five years earlier.

Not all of those deaths can be blamed on the demands placed on the system by the unvaccinated — but some probably can.
I wonder whether you think that speeders - particularly in school zones - should be fined or even have their licenses removed.

Society generally works because we have laws, although there's often some justification for civil disobedience, for refusing to follow those laws, many of which are based on incoherent and odious traditions at best. Many have argued or pointed to the fact that America has one of the highest incarceration rates in all of Christendom; a town without pity, indeed. As Pascal put it, "Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction"; a god-besotted culture riven with zealots, even in a secular sense - almost as bad as Afghanistan or Pakistan:

Moot of course exactly where civil disobedience is justified and where it isn't. And I sure wouldn't ever say that I've never done so - even in cases where I could well have wound up with my ass in a sling, even if more out of ignorance than not. A case in point being me having contracted the services of an escort in Salt Lake City, Utah many moons ago - she being something of an oasis in a desert in more ways than one.

Not sure what the laws are on prostitution in that neck of the woods, but I rather expect that the "City Fathers" would have at least frowned on me if they had known.

Somewhat apropos of which, a recent post from The Honest Courtesan - my "fave slut Maggie McNeill" as Another Lurker once charmingly described her as - who has created a documentary The War on Whores, available on Vimeo but also "now showing", for a short time, on her blog:

https://maggiemcneill.com/2022/01/21/now-showing/

The War on Whores, the War on Drugs, the War on Terror, the War on Undemocratic States, the War on Those Restricting Access to Our Oil: maybe the problem is as much with America itself as it is with those who it is targeting?

FDA halts use of antibody drugs that don’t work vs. omicron https://archive.md/ROazU

By MATTHEW PERRONE
yesterday

On Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, the Food and Drug Administration said COVID-19 antibody drugs from Regeneron and Eli Lilly should no longer be used because they are unlikely to work against the dominant omicron variant.

WASHINGTON (AP) — COVID-19 antibody drugs from Regeneron and Eli Lilly should no longer be used because they don’t work against the omicron variant that now accounts for nearly all U.S. infections, U.S. health regulators said Monday.

Now do Pfizer, Moderna, J&J.

Playing this song today. Love me some Leon Russell. Saw him live twice. He is a sort of 1970's Jesus Freak. I give him credit for really having some kind of Christian concept of joy and love in his music. I think that Jesus is at his best when embraced by an artist like Russell. This song has such great imagery... the baby Jesus laying in a bed of hay looking around thinking "Stranger in a strange place". And how the song draws you in... making you think you are like Jesus... and you feel like a stranger too. Great hippy shit for sure. No one is doing this sort of thing now.

How many days has it been
Since I was born
How many days until I die
Do I know any ways
That I can make you laugh
Or do I only know how to make you cry
When the baby looks around him
It's such a sight to see
He shares a simple secret
With the wise man
He's a stranger in a strange land
Just a stranger in a strange land
Tell me why
He's a stranger in a strange land
Just a stranger in a strange land
How many miles will it take
To see the sun
And how many years until it's done
Kiss my confusion away in the night
Lay by side when the morning comes
And the baby looks around him
And shares his bed of hay
With the burrow in the palace of the king
He's a stranger in a strange land
Tell me why
He's a stranger in a strange land
Just a stranger in a strange land
Well, I don't exactly know
What's going on in the world today
Don't know what there is to say
About the way the people are treating
Each other, not like brothers
Leaders take us far away from ecology
With mythology and astrology
Has got some words to say
About the way we live today
Why can't we learn to love each other
It's time to turn a new face
To the whole world wide human race
Stop the money chase
Lay back, relax
Get back on the human track
Stop racing toward oblivion
Oh, such a sad, sad state we're in
And that's a thing
Do you recognize the bells of truth
When you hear them ring
Won't you stop and listen
To the children sing
Won't you come on and sing it children
He's a stranger in a strange land
Just a stranger in a strange land

I'm impressed that Leon Russell would wear that denim & beard look... one year after the Manson Family trial...

Covid testing company-- which administered more than 80,000 tests per day in 300 locations across 26 states--

raided by FBI agents.

Dozens of people-- in 18 states-- allege the lab provided: "inaccurate and deceptive” test results and fraudulently reported negative test results.

I only see reference-to charges... for falsely billing the government $124 Million dollars. Would be interesting to see them charged for killing someone's grandma. (Or did grandma merely die "with" covid, not "of"?)

I wonder if there's a way to charge-them for interfering-with the denominator?...

https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/f ... 5-million/

A fair punishment would be to sentence-them to a firing squad... armed with russian-roulette revolvers. Maybe they die/ maybe not.

Deranged Mask Karens physically assault an umasked black man while chanting "Black Lives Matter."

Yesterday I had to go to AAA to pull a temporary permit for my old truck which I'm giving to my friend. I was instantly approached by an employee and told they require masks (CA's on & off mask mandate was extended another month because of the tens of thousands of Californians not dying of omi.) She backed off when I told her I have a medical exemption, but reminded me to "maintain proper social distancing." The (male) Karen in line behind me decided he'd only stay safe by standing 18' behind me. Because my Death Breath would travel with me as the line advanced, and not diffuse throughout the room. Which forced everyone behind him in the long line in the small AAA office to stand about 18" from each other.

But if they drive their Ford F-150s into a swamp, then that will probably cause more hardship for themselves than to Ford. This doesn't seem like a very productive way to protest. I'm starting to think anyone who destroys their own expensive property to make a political statement isn't very smart and deserves mockery. And, by golly, I'm just the fellow to do it. I'm going to sit right here and pee and chuckle. That'll show 'em! VVas ist das? Paint is stripped off the radiator near the toilet?! I must file a formal request with the proper authorities in Brussels, to ask permission to have a word with my wife about her American soldier visitors. Then I'll have to visit all the new mosques around town and apologize for this islamaphobic desecration of their country and their holy traditions. Oh look, here comes one of them now, driving the truck we gave him. I hope he can see me waving. "Sag hallo zu meiner Tochter!"

Well, it was nice knowin' ya-- before whichever dunning-kruger apocalypse wipes-us-all-out first.

Oppressive COVID Measures for the Unvaccinated Were Based on ‘Software’ Error, Claims German Minister.

The “pandemic of the unvaccinated” was caused by a computer glitch. That was the conclusion of the Health Minister of Germany Karl Lauterbach, after months of vilifying the unvaccinated in the nation’s second largest city, Hamburg.

In November 2021, news outlets reported on the increasing “incident numbers” in the city – where the figure grew from 111.6 infected people per 100,000 to 160 per 100,000 in a span of few of days. By the end of November, that number shot up from 209.2 to a record of 223.3.

The ostensibly drastic increases have been used to legitimize new COVID policy measures in the city. First, 2G (vaccinated or recovered) status limitation was announced in order to enter shops, restaurants, and clubs. Social contact limitation was mandated for the unvaccinated. After the order, Mayor Peter Tschentscher, claimed to observe an increase in vaccination numbers, and implied it was the only way out of the pandemic.

Now, an investigation from the Sueddeutscher Zeitung and Welt newspapers has found that the numbers in Hamburg’s Social Services departments were drastically skewed and, in most cases, they didn’t even know who was vaccinated and who was not. This, however, did not stop them classifying everyone with an unknown status as unvaccinated. Indeed, by the end of November, a whopping 70 percent of the positive cases had unknown status.

In the second week of November, the Mayor of Hamburg held a press conference and incorrectly claimed that 90 percent of all new infections were amongst the unvaccinated. In addition, he alleged the 7-day infection average for the unvaccinated was at 605 per 100,000 and just 22 in 100,000 for the vaccinated.

Furthermore, the Welt newspaper received the following answer regarding the classifications from Hamburg’s Senate:

“…The categorization (used in Hamburg) matches to the one used nationwide…”
"Gerade in den E-Mails gefunden: Am 4.12. erklärte ein Sprecher des Senats auf meine
@welt
"Anfrage hin, "bundesweit" würden Inzidenzen so ermittelt wie in #Hamburg. Gleichzeitig, so behauptet man nun, begann man zu diesem Zeitpunkt überhaupt erst nachzuforschen, wie gerechnet wird"
Until this weekend, the data on how the classifications are made and how the final numbers are “calculated” have not been made public. The mayor claimed by the end of December that the reason for the misclassifications were caused by deploying “different IT Systems”, where each system used different classifier.

On January 17th, Health Minister Karl Lauterbach had the following to say:

“…with the situation in Hamburg… I can claim without a doubt, that the problem was in the automatic classifier of the software. The problem is solved now… and it was a mistake and was not done on purpose in order to largely blame the unvaccinated for the pandemic…”

The city of Hamburg was not the only region affected by false COVID numbers.

In mid-November, in Bayern, 48.468 cases of unknown vaccination status were added to the category of unvaccinated – pushing the incident number of the unvaccinated to 1469, compared to 110 for the vaccinated.

Germany’s COVID measures targeting the unvaccinated were introduced in November 2021, and have used these two major data mismanagements as basis for legitimacy.

This is infuriating. Copyright trolls made my life miserable...threats of bankrupting me bc Skepchick network writers didn't properly attribute thumbnails forced me to delete all images, which led to a friend/partner blaming me and quitting. Sites haven't been the same since.

I wanted to write about it but I didn't want to attract more trolls, bc it was truly an awful experience and I could never be sure someone hadn't randomly put an image somewhere that I'd missed. The only good to come of it was realizing that that "friend" sucked ass.

Oh, there was one other good thing: by the time Nicole Prause threatened to sue me and tried to have my videos removed with DMCAs, it really was small potatoes comparatively speaking

Thanks. She had actually been extraordinarily mean and toxic to me for years, so it really WAS a gift to finally have that defined split. It was a good lesson that I really shouldn't give someone so many chances to hurt me.
