This election just gets trippier and trippier. I don't think it's ever been this dysfunctional. I mean, you have the Hunter Biden email scandal, the "coyote" scandal, the Melania is being substituted for a fake Melania scandal, and now Joe's brother's texts scandal. In just a few weeks time. You can tell it's getting close now.

In fairness to Hunter Biden--

let's say you were him. And you visited your niece's instagram or vsco account-- one fucking time, just as an innocent family member...

your hard drive would now contain about fifty four thousand pictures of that kid & her underage friends in bikinis, trying as hard as they can to look cute.

I don't know if this is really her account. Or maybe someone created this account in-order to showcase the specific pictures they want the world to see. (Seems a little suspicious that the kids interests seem limited to: 1. sexy selfies, 2. Black Lives Matter propaganda murals, and 3. a couple pictures of the glowing New York Times profile of Uncle Hunter (tragic soul turned artistic genius and avid birdwatcher, according to the Times. Favorite color: frosted mauve. Favorite ice cream flavor: salt & vinegar bubblegum whorefoot slurprise )

(Nothing NSFW explicit, or as bad as "Cuties", but you might feel scuzzy... )

https://vsco.co/natttaaallliiiee/gallery

Obsessive 4channers, poor boys, and ped(o)es at TheDonald.win are scouring the photos of the girl & her friends, trying to match moles and knees and scars to the stray limbs in Hunter's orgy pics. They're even examining the pics in negative, which makes skin flaws 'pop' clearer.

It's enough to make me aaaaaalmost pity the Bidens-- until I remember all the protections against False Accusation-- which were removed by Joe Biden's 1994 Crime Bill.

And I remember how The Left watched Hillary Clinton smear Green Party candidate Jill Stein-- and Tulsi Gabbard-- as Russian Assets. And then The Left went along with Hillary's candidates-ofchoice-- Biden and Kamala. So fuck 'em. Cry 'russian disinformation' all you want.

Another thing--- just as trippy as all the rest--- is that Biden & Kamala's campaign-appearance talking-points are sheer Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Trump murdered 220,000 people! He wants global warming to destroy the earth! He's the grand dragon of a Confederate KKK murderpolice genocide! He's a secret undercover agent of Putin! All of the old-guard republican warmonger cronies who hate him are decent patriots!

Some of you Swamp watchers might find this interesting. It's a discussion with a retired CIA officer. No need for the Trump haters to feel dirty, he's voting for Biden because he thinks he's the lesser of 2 evils (using some very shaky justifications). In his opinion there are no prosecutions happening because the AG, Durham, the Senate and even the Prez are too scared of the intelligence services to go beyond "somebody should do something" rhetoric.

Joe Biden wanted to "shove it down [a widow's] fucking throat", after she complained about Hunter Biden showing his crackhead dick to her underage orphan daughter.

As for refugees... who built the cages, Joe?

Maybe he voted-early to maintain plausible deniability. We're about 24 hours from the point of no return, where one can't vote for Biden without endorsing Epstein-level shit.

Maybe, he's lying about who he voted for. Not a bad strategy for anyone exposed to blowback, for voting the wrong way:

1. Adamantly claim you voted for the 'correct' candidate.
2. Give a 'reason' why you voted that way-- which is brain-meltingly unconvincing.
3. Let all appeals to reason bounce right off you, like a genuine NPC.

I bought some Danish butter cookies -- a regular brand I buy. This batch had the faint taste of kerosene. Thought maybe I had the 'vid. Then I look on the bottom of the tin:
Made in China with real butter from New Zealand
So the kerosene is from mainland China, but at least the butter came from one of its oversees possessions.

The reaction is rabid. But it was Pretty much empty rhetoric about RvW and muted mutters about Catholicism during the hearings.

You’re sucking the same teat and they also have you by the balls.
China now buys one-third of New Zealand’s dairy and seafood exports, almost half its meat and wool, and almost 60 percent of its logs and timber.

Migration to New Zealand surged, with students flocking to universities and rich Chinese snapping up investor visas.

Before the novel coronavirus hit, China was forecast to overtake Australia as New Zealand’s largest source of tourists within the next three years.

It's recognition that they covered themselves in more dirt than they managed to spray over Kavanaugh and that even some Democrats are religious. You don't get far by appealing only to the hardcore base on an emotive issue. There may be an element of "spirit of RBG" sanctimony and an attempt to grab the high ground. A course in map reading is indicated if that's the case. Lawyer Robert Barnes is of the opinion that Barrett may not vote quite the way Republicans think she will. We'll see.

This RBG's wishes silliness is proof positive, if there were ever any doubt, that the party has been captured by (or is paying lip service to) SJWism. We must all be bound by the latest SocJus instant moral imperatives or be damned. Since the Constitution is at the centre of this argument perhaps someone here knows what is required to amend the US constitution. Is a referendum required? I think Shapiro's view of originalists vs contextualists? is the correct one. The SC's job is to apply the letter of the constitution as closely as can be determined. If the constitution needs to be updated then the political branch needs to do that democratically. It is very evident that the Democrats want a judiciary that will legislate on the fly from political bias because they think they can, and should, rig the system in their favour.

LA Times Op-Ed, posted atop Google New, sez there's a 'silver lining' to Barrett's appointment to the Court.

One party's "hypocrisy" has been exposed. It's the Republicans, of course. They blocked Obama's appointee, but approved their own. The nerve!

Then, in the fifth paragraph, we are reminded that they...

"rammed Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination through without a comprehensive investigation of the sexual assault allegations against him"

We are instructed to remember that at the ballot box. And bemoan hypocrisy. But also vote for Joe 'uninvestigated sexual assault claims' Biden.

Let's try that again:

To amend the constitution:
Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
So you need both houses of congress and 3/4 of the states. That is a high bar. I think that is why George W. Bush proposed a constitutional amendment as the solution to those who were against gay marriage. He campaigned on it to get the evangelical vote and once elected essentially said "OK, now everyone go out and get the states to agree' and thus washed his hands of the whole thing.

As far as I can see the constitution does not specify the number of justices on the supreme court. So "court packing" does not require a constitutional amendment. It would require the democrats to have enough votes in both houses of congress to get a bill to the president.

FDR's attempt was held up in committee. I'm not sure why since it sounds like there were enough dems, but it sounds like they wee upset about not being consulted:
Traditionally, legislation proposed by the administration first goes before the House of Representatives.[68] However, Roosevelt failed to consult Congressional leaders before announcing the bill, which stopped cold any chance of passing the bill in the House.[68] House Judiciary Committee chairman Hatton W. Sumners refused to endorse the bill, actively chopping it up within his committee in order to block the bill's chief effect of Supreme Court expansion.[68] Finding such stiff opposition within the House, the administration arranged for the bill to be taken up in the Senate.[68]

It's been nine the whole time, except for a couple of years during Andy Johnson's admin, when Congress reduced it to seven, to prevent the loathed Johnson from replacing two justices who'd died.

FDR's attempt was held up in committee. I'm not sure why since it sounds like there were enough dems, but it sounds like they wee upset about not being consulted
That, and even Democrats back then were honorable enough to know it was a disastrous idea that would lead to one-party tyranny.

Of course, that's exactly what today's Dems are after.

Esquire magazine headline on Google News, today: "Wall Street Journal Saw Through Rudy Giuliani's Hunter Biden Story".

If you click the link-- that headline doesn't appear atop the Esquire story.

I suspect Esquire changed their headline, but the Google link does not reflect the correction.

What's wrong with that headline? well... for one thing... the name Rudy Guiliani.

(According to the New York Times) the story which was pitched to the Wall Street Journal was NOT Giuliani's 'I have Hunter's dirty laptop' story.

Rather, what the Journal had was Joe & Hunter's China business partner Tony Bobulinski-- willing to testify that Joe was involved in Hunter's China schemes. And Bobulinsky didn't come from Giuliani. Bobulinsky came to the Journal via "Arthur Schwartz, a New York public relations man close to President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Jr. ... White House lawyer, Eric Herschmann, and a former deputy White House counsel, Stefan Passantino" <--[NYTimes]

According to the Times-- " Without warning his notional allies, Rudy Giuliani, the former New York mayor and now a lawyer for President Trump, burst onto the scene with the tabloid version" ...the laptop story which appeared in the New York Post.

Which beat the slow-moving Wall Street Journal's 'scoop'... but also CORROBORATED it.

And that's why I don't buy the storyline-- that the WSJ held-back on reporting the story because they were doing good careful journalism.

Much more plausible-- is that they acted-like NPR, 60 Minutes... all the outlets which Even After the story broke... tried to bury and obfuscate it.

AND-- given that the New York Post is STILL banned on Twitter, flagged on Facebook, and marked with a 'fact-check' disclaimer on Google/YouTube...

there's smoking-gun evidence showing that the Journal might have dragged their feet on the story-- to avoid suffering the same blowback as the Post.

Bobulinsky will appear on Tucker Carlson tonight.

It's back

Transgender woman sues after being refused by beauty pageant
Jessica Yaniv, a transgender LQBTQ rights activist, filed a human rights complaint against Toronto’s Canada Galaxy Pageants alleging it is in violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code, the conservative legal policy organization announced Monday.

In May 2019, Yaniv, whose biological sex is male, applied to be a contestant in the pageant’s “28 Years and Older Division” but did not disclose she was transgender and had yet to complete gender reassignment surgery, the Justice Centre alleged.

The high bar is by design. A constitution isn't worth anything if it is easily alterable. A change should be codified only if it is supported by a clear majority. That may leave a percentage of the country frustrated but the price of lowering the bar for amendment is instability and an erosion of the value of the constitution itself. The left has lost sight of the fact that the const protects some things that they value. They no longer accept the necessity of compromise and feel entitled to get it all. There are probably still Democrats who know this and will abstain from voting.

Dang! Sober October Joe Rogan is a whole 'nother animal. He's making Alex Jones show receipts! Just like the professional journalists FAIL to do!

Look-- if you ain't in the mood for Alex Jones, then go listen to Douglas Murray vs. Bret Weinstein. It works really well to have actual floppy leftist Weinstein vs. retro throwback conservative Douglas Murray. They bring out the best in each other.

and if you're really crazy-- I gotta say-- the recent Joe Rogan/ Kanye West episode was BOTH gibberish... and oddly compelling. This is literally the first time (except after Hurricane Katrina) that I've ever found anything about Kanye West to be enriching. It's not his insane retardo message-- it's watching a human struggle with words, trying to find the magic words which will give him sanity. Like the Fisher King myth. I probably wouldn't have thought so well of Kanye-- if I hadn't listened to so much Biden and Trump and Kamala, recently. Trump's as crazy as Kanye. And Biden + Kamala are waaaaay kuh-ray-zeee 'er.

Well... don't let anybody tell ya Hunter Biden wasn't qualified to be on the board of that corrupt Ukrainian energy company...

I mean, c'mon man!, the Russians sold-off 14% of their people's state-owned oil company, to the Chinese Communist CEFC...

and HUNTER BIDEN was the 'personal attorney' for the boss on the Chinese side: A guy named "Ye".

wikipedia:
In November 2017, the US Justice Department accused CEFC of offering a US$2 million bribe to the president of Chad for oil rights and, through its representatives, former Hong Kong Secretary for Home Affairs Patrick Ho and former Senegalese foreign minister Cheikh Gadio, depositing a US$500,000 bribe to an account designated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda.[4] The energy fund denied authorising Ho to engage in corrupt practices.[5] In December 2018, Ho was convicted in a US federal court on seven counts of bribery and money laundering, following a trial in which Gadio stood as a witness for prosecutors.[6][7]

Investigation
Ye was detained and put under investigation in March 2018 on suspicion of economic crimes.[8] According to South China Morning Post and AsiaNews, the order for the investigation came from Chinese Communist Party general secretary Xi Jinping.[9][10] Shanghai Guosheng Group, a portfolio and investment agency controlled by the Government of Shanghai, subsequently took control of CEFC China Energy in March 2018.[11][12] In October 2018, it was reported that prosecutors alleged Wang Sanyun, former Communist Party Secretary of Gansu province, had accepted bribes from Ye Jianming in 2011.[13]

NOW WE KNOW what Joe Biden meant about 'transitioning' the US entirely-out the fossil fuel industry.

He's going to sell the oil under our national parks... to China.

Russia will get Alaska, Texas, Pennsylvania and two or three of Hunter's nieces.

Hunter Biden, Jim Biden and John Kerry's son will broker the deal. (And hold 10% for 'the big guy'.)

I'm sure it will work out fine for us... just as well as it worked... for Uganda and Chad.

Seriously tho...

how fucking evil was it for Joe Xiden to try-to shut down the US petroleum industry/ and try to tie us up in Paris Accord regulations...

...while simultaneously investing in Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian & Ugandan... dirty-polluter petroleum companies.

I detect some soft spots in Bobulinski's story... but how can the media debunk him without also acknowledging he exists?!

Let's see how/if Google news is covering the Bobulinski interview...

uhhhhh... wtf...

https://www.editorials360.com/2020/10/2 ... -dealings/

Is that the most blatant foreign psyop ever?...

or is it

the most blatant attempt to make this story seem like a foreign psyop?

Wall Street Journal
Op-Ed

"Saving Private Biden
The press standard for 2020: No tough questions for the former vice president."
Or what about the Associated Press? In September it revised its stylebook to say reporters should use the term “unrest” instead of “riots” to describe the criminal violence in cities from Portland, Ore., to Kenosha, Wis. The AP now frowns on “looting” as well, urging greater sensitivity because President Trump has used the term.

Gateway Pundit has published this photo as an "exclusive", saying the girl on the bed in the background is definitely Hunter Biden's 14 year old family member. Another photo shows Hunter Biden in bed with the girl. They claim to have additional pictures, which-- for legal reasons-- they have not published. The FBI has had possession of these pictures since 2019.

Texts from Joe Biden's brother say that Joe Biden knew about the accusation in 2018, and would "shove it down her fucking throat !!!! "

Joe Biden sends his prayers to family of the perp in Philly who attacked police with a knife. No prayers for the fifty cops injured in the ensuing riots, not even the one in the hospital after being run over by a truck:
Our hearts are broken for the family of Walter Wallace Jr., and for all those suffering the emotional weight of learning about another Black life in America lost. We cannot accept that in this country a mental health crisis ends in death. It makes the shock and grief and violence of yesterday’s shooting that much more painful, especially for a community that has already endured so much trauma. Walter Wallace’s life, like too many others’, was a Black life that mattered — to his mother, to his family, to his community, to all of us.

At the same time, no amount of anger at the very real injustices in our society excuses violence. Attacking police officers and vandalizing small businesses, which are already struggling during a pandemic, does not bend the moral arc of the universe closer to justice. It hurts our fellow citizens. Looting is not a protest, it is a crime. It draws attention away from the real tragedy of a life cut short. As a nation, we are strong enough to both meet the challenges of real police reform, including implementing a national use of force standard, and to maintain peace and security in our communities. That must be our American mission. That is how we will deliver real justice. All Donald Trump does is fan the flames of division in our society. He is incapable of doing the real work to bring people together. We will.

We are all praying for the entire Wallace family, and for our nation, that we may move toward healing.

The usual idiots are commenting that cops -- or better, a social worker -- should've talked the guy down, or at least shot him once in the leg.

People should be required to fire a pistol at a moving target before they talk about police shootings. Fucking people are so GD stupid.

"Why did they shoot six times?"

"Why didn't they shoot them in the leg?"

"Why didn't they wrestle the knife wielder to the ground?"

Fucking retards burning down their own city because they think real life is like a GD TV show.

A few years ago-- Justicar did a few youtube videos about his years as a Seattle (!!!) cop. He said they now teach that a person can close a distance of 21 feet, after being shot several times. So that's the standard perimeter-- within-which a cop is justified in shooting someone wielding a held-weapon.

So... my wife and I are watching the news. Story is that some a-hole got in an argument at a gym in Detroit. He was pissed off, so he left the gym, got his pistol out of his car, went back in the gym, and then proceeds to point his gun at his enemy. So... some dude with a concealed pistol shoots the fucker dead probably saving the life of some innocent people.

And what does the TV news do. They interview the dead bastard's family and they blubber about why the gym let this happen... and why the gym doesn't have better security.... and they should have a metal detector. WTF. These people have no shame. If my kid threatened someone with a gun I would feel ashamed and embarrassed and full of grief for the victim. Fucking stupid people are shameless... they act like fucking barbarians and then have the balls to blame someone else. Fucking... I hate shitty people.

For the family - this may not be the day they are at their best (or most rational). On the other hand - it seems like the entire world believes they need or deserve to be on reality TV and so act accordingly.

For the TV crew - - behaving like grief vultures is just part of the job description.

Glenn Lowry & John McWhorter... vividly describe the performative ritual-- of black people playing the role of oppressed black people-- at 46min01sec... the chanting, the wailing, the rhythms of black english, the blame...

https://youtu.be/5mNfxayyNfk?t=2761

five more minutes of same, from McWhorter...

New leaked photos of Hunter's Free Willie selfie with an underage girl in bed behind him. Believed to be his 14-yo niece. Leaked texts between Hunter and Uncle Joe describe how Hunter's ex-wife/sister-in-law banned him from being alone with niece because of sexual misconduct. Joe knew about it all and was ready to intervene on Hunter's behalf and "shove it down her fucking throat."

Well, I'm not necessarily against performative ritual - like an Irish Wake, or a Tangi (the Maori equivalent thereof) or that American Indian woman in 'A Man called Horse' chopping her fingers off.

...Well, maybe the last is a bit on the extreme side...
