The Brooks event was an exercize class with a trainer named Kasia, who looks like The Hulk & Black Widow's lovechild. Dude abs, dude biceps, lady-ass. Everything about the Brooks event aggressively practical, budget-minded, oblivious to shifting trends, almost frumpy. It was the opposite of my week with Dolce & Gabbana.

I never watched Smallville. I was only vaguely aware of its existence. I found out about this story today on twitter, and thought that it showed that actresses can be just as abusive as Hollywood producers. What shocked me was just how crazy the whole sex cult was.
