To be fair, Brain Force isn't some homeopathic sugar pill. It does contain a couple of ingredients which have some scientific evidence supporting them helping with memory formation and brain function. It also has some caffeine related ingredients and some other stuff which relieves stress. And of course, if that doesn't work there is always the placebo effect and it's better for you than a can of Red Bull. Probably not worth $40 but at least it contains no soy.

My husband seems to benefit from taking vitamins, mostly Iron and Zinc, it may be the placebo effect but if it works it works. The occasional glass of stout and a rare steak on saturday seems to help too, I'll get him a pocket knife for Christmas to boost his testosterone, job done.

He was a moody person, but his first deployment during Desert Storm messed him up. My sister tried to get help for him because he was suicidal. The army still sent him back for a second deployment.
