This guy is such a twit. "Free Speech"? Hell, I couldn't make it all the way through the video. He speaks about people not having a right to come into your house and say whatever they want. You know, he's right! But then, I don't leave the door to my house open where anyone can just walk in. People ring the doorbell, or knock, I look to see if it's someone I know, then I either let them in or not.

He's comparing this to social media. Well, if you only want your friends to see your facebook page,twitter account, blog, etc. the make it PRIVATE and only those you specifically allow to come in can comment. People you actually know. Otherwise, it's pretty much an open forum, especially on a blog, and even if you do have "registration" enabled, you don't necessarily know who those people are or what they might say.

I hope someone else can listen to it all. Maybe he makes a point or 2 in the second half that I just couldn't hold it in long enough to listen to. This guy has absolutely NO critical thinking skills. He says in the beginning he's doing a "brain dump". Well his brains are shit then because he hasn't thought about what he was going to say before he took his dump.

I managed to make it all the way through. I agree with your points and wanted to add that Dillahunty is coming across more and more pompous lately.

I can actually relate to that, as I have a terrible phobia of large, hairy spiders. When I was a kid I learned the hard way that certain books in our household had pictures of spiders, and I always avoided those, or very carefully turned the pages so as to not come across the spider pictures. So that's actually a situation where I would appreciate a "trigger warning", which I usually think are stupid.

I'd say very few, if any. How can you fight against something that you're too scared to even think about?
It just seems to serve as a marker to make the offending content easier to find. They also as a nudge and a wink as to what it is the reader ought to be outraged about, as it's not always immediately apparent (or there at all).

Personally, I think they are just trying to find a place to fit in. I have seen some attempts to conform with suggestions. The amusing part is how after the whole A+ fiasco, Dillahunty basically disappeared off youtube for several months. Thunderf00t mentions him once, and suddenly he is posting almost daily.
