Cristina Rad is actually proposing, on FfTB, that rape jokes can just possibly sometimes be funny, because "a lot of good comedy originates from horrible tragedies":

She's wiser than her years, but cripes! she's putting her life in her hands with that sick bunch.

Courage is one of her basic characteristics. They are not going to be able to stop her from saying what she thinks is right. I may not agree with her on that issue, but admire her guts to say it.

She removed one of her own posts, without comment, which is kind of odd. Well, it wasn't really a post, it was one of her linked youtube things. She had one up of Shermer's talk at TAM -- I think it was TAM. And it had some lively comments going on, but after about a week or so she removed it without any comment. Kind of odd.

Also, if you cruise the comments, a lot of commenters are regular fans of hers, and they seem quite upset that she is even posting on FfTB. They think that her even appearing there is a sort of betrayal. They feel that she must have made some kind of promises to Myers to get the spot.
