Perhaps the group, Forum, could be renamed to something like Specific Topic Forums, or Specific Topics, or something like that. After all, all of the forums under all of the groups are forums.

That's where they went because they had no parent category. I've added "Other Stuff" and reparented. This is still fluid, and stuff can be moved around at will.
