Youtube HTML5 player

Hi,
I've nocticed that there are quite a bit of threads here posting youtube videos. This is good and I'd like to try to watch them except for one small thing. I don't have Adobe Flash installed on my laptop (bcause it's proprietary) and I use the HTML5 player for youtube. Unfotrunately, it seems that all youtube embeddings are being forced into flash mode. Would it be possible to allow HTML5 embeddings or at least set a board option that automatically posts a URL to the video being posted directly above or below the embeddng?
