I recently tried to send a PM to another member, but it just stayed in the Outbox and I can't figure out why it isn't sending.

I have sent one other PM successfully as well as a reply to a reply.

Would it have anything to do with a users privacy settings? As in, a user has their account set to "No PMs"?

It's a moot point now, as the content dealt with an issue the member was having, but has since been resolved. I'm going to delete the PM, but would like to know what caused it to not send.

It stays in your outbox until read by the other user.

No biggie, it was just an explanation for embedding Youtube videos. franc posted the same thing the next day. heh
