I think PZs "squeezed out" comment is more about being ostracized by the Skeptic movement, which seems odd to me. I don't know people keep referring to him as skeptic betrayer. He has long left the skeptic community. He's absolutely not a skeptic and any attempt on his part to paint himself banished...
