OK. We can conclude at this point that Windows 10 is not the problem. It is Chrome (for computers {Windows & Linux}, not android) & Microsoft Edge that are at the root of the problem. I tested turning off hardware acceleration in chrome without success. Could be an html5/flash/java/javascript issue...
